The primary goal and function of all track personnel is to maintain a safe and efficient racing operation while creating an exhilarating and memorable experience for racers. Track personnel must enjoy working with people, be outgoing, friendly, and provide a world class guest experience. Weekends are a must! Will be standing for long periods of time.
